Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we produce! If you are a new client with a vacant home, we perform all the work up front and you don’t pay any leasing fees or monthly management fees until we procure a qualified tenant. This means we aggressively market and show your property, screen applicants, handle all the leasing forms, and perform the move in...all before we begin charges.

Our results guarantee ensures that you have the peace of mind of knowing we are working hard for you and you will not pay us until you get results.

Leasing Guarantee

You should never have to pay twice for us to find a new tenant for your property. Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 9 months of a lease term, we will procure a new tenant for free. No additional costs to you.

Our conditions for our Leasing Guarantee:

We must have placed the tenants. This guarantee does not cover tenants we’ve taken over or inherited.
The guarantee does not cover tenants who have to break lease due to military orders or transfers.
It also does not cover any tenants who have abided by the lease terms by paying appropriate break lease fees.

45 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 45 days or less, we will give you TWO months of management free! This means we will WAIVE your first two months of monthly management fees.

Our conditions for the 45 Day Guarantee:

We must set the price.
The home must be vacant.
The home must be ready for tenants, The 45 days begin from the day the home is move in ready.
Must allow approved pets (Maximum of 2)
45 Day Rental Guarantee is not offered to everyone. It must be a part your Property Management or Leasing Package and will be specifically included in your Property Management or Leasing Agreement.
